20T/Day Oil Production Line

Oil Production Line Introduction
20T/Day Oil Production Line has a high degree of automation, suitable for Medium size factory, adopts high pressure vacuum filtering system  and automatic temperature control heating press technology. It is widely used to process flax seed, peanut, soybean, sunflower, corn, coconut, palm kernel, baobab seed, mustard seed, shea seed, etc. into high quality edible oil.

20T/Day Oil Production Line Features
1. Oil Production Line can press more than 15 kinds of oil plant seeds, such as flax seed, peanut, soybean, sunflower, corn, coconut, palm kernel, baobab seed, mustard seed, shea seed, etc

2. High oil yield and  High purity edible oil .

3. The wear parts such as the pressing rings, worms are made of the carbon steel which is under the process of heat pretreatment, making them very durable.

4. Automatic screw oil press is Safety and convenience. The whole process is controlled by electric cabinet, so that it is  more safety and easy to operate.

5 Automatic Screw oil press saves 60% labor for equal output, and one or two people can  operate independently.

Application
Oil Production Line is appropriate for many oil bearing materials such as: flax seed, peanut, soybean, sunflower, corn, coconut, palm kernel, baobab seed, mustard seed, shea seed, etc.Furthermore, it can be used for both cold pressing and hot pressing.

Oil Refine Machine

※ Degumming and deacidifying process
This step uses NaOH to remove free fatty acids in oil, resulting in saponin; washing with hot water to remove saponins and colloidal impurities in fats and oil.
※ Decoloring process
Pump degummed deacidified oil into decolorization tank, heat to 110 ° C while stirring, then add activated white clay with 2-4% oil content, mix for 30 minutes, temperature dropped to 70 ℃, then filter the white clay in it, that has been decolorized oil.
※ Deodorization process
Pump the decolorizing oil into the deodorizing tank, heat it to 220-260 ° C, and pass in steam, stripping for 4 hours.
This step is performed under vacuum conditions. Steam generator provides high temperature steam for this process.
※ Thermal oil furnace
Provide high temperature for the entire production line.
※ Water jet vacuum pump
Provide vacuum for decolorization and deodorization.
