Plate oil filter

The plate and frame oil filter consists of filter bed, oil pump and coarse filter. A filter paper or cloth is lined between the filter plate and the filter frame as the filter medium. The filter plate and the filter frame are fixed by the pressure of the compression device to form a separate filter chamber. The filter paper or cloth pressed between the filter plate and the filter frame as the filter medium.

Working Principle of the oil filter

During filtration, the dirty oil is distributed to each filter frame through the input channel, and impurities are filtered on the filter plate through the filter element, and then collected in the output channel and discharged out of the machine. And dirt on the surface of the filter paper, the small water droplets in the emulsified oil industry is the capillary absorption in filter paper, the formation of big water flow to the bottom of the filter bed, put out from the drain valve at any time, when the filter residue on the surface of the filter paper gradually thickening and the content of water in the filter paper, filter resistance increases, when the increased to a certain degree of (typically 0.3 0.5 Mpa) should stop filter, replacement of filter paper, continue to use.
